To whom it may concern,
This is a testimonial on the customer focus of John Marshall. We were in the market for a new home, searching Zillow daily when we found one that showed some potential. I called John ( Listing Agent) during lunchtime requesting to see the home at 6pm that night. John’s immediate response was “ no problem and looking forward to meeting you”. From that initial contact, John was by our side through the entire process. When I shared with John my frustration with our banks mortgage process, John explained that Howard Hanna also had a mortgage division and asked if I would like to have a quick chat with one of their mortgage specialists. I did and they were fantastic and hence we have our mortgage through them. When it came time to insure the home before closing, John mentioned that Howard Hanna also had an insurance division. Once again they were so easy to work with that we went with them. There was never any pressure from John, just an outstanding willingness to try to do his part to make the process as pleasant and easy as possible.
It was refreshing to work with a real estate professional that showed a genuine concern and willingness to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that the experience was exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate for one minute in recommending John to anyone either selling or buying a home.
